Townhall is a comprehensive municipal solution that includes various modules including property taxes, utility billing and centralized cash receiving.
Property Taxes module allows unlimited tax rolls and mill rates, comprehensive billing and penalty process, allocation of mill rates to multiple locations, complete auto-pay process, importing data from SPIN, import or manually change assessments and printing of tax receipts.
Utilities billing module define unlimited accounts for owners and renters, unlimited services for each account like water, sewer, garbage, snow removal etc., flat rate and consumption based billing, one time and recurring charges, meter connection, disconnection and moving, charging and billing penalties and managing NSF cheques and processing auto-pay.
